The problem nobody was solving
The market had two extremes: lightweight POS apps with barely any features, or enterprise ERPs that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to implement. Small and medium businesses — the backbone of every economy — were stuck in the middle with tools that didn't fit.
The problem ran deeper for businesses in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other growth markets. International SaaS pricing in USD, charged monthly, was simply unaffordable relative to local revenues. And these systems didn't support local currencies, tax regulations, or how business actually works in these markets.
What we built instead
OneScale is a complete business operating system: Point of Sale, Inventory, CRM, HR, Payroll, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain — all in one application. Built with React and Rust, designed to run fully offline, and priced as one simple monthly subscription in local currency. No data held hostage. No nickel-and-diming for features you already paid for.
We serve restaurants, retail stores, pharmacies, bakeries, fashion boutiques, dairy shops, salons, and multi-branch chains — from single-location businesses to operators running 50+ locations across multiple countries.
How we got here
2022
Started building OneScale after struggling with fragmented, expensive software across our own businesses.
2023
Launched publicly. First 50 businesses onboarded across restaurants, retail, and pharmacies in Pakistan.
2024
Expanded to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. Crossed 100 active businesses. Added manufacturing, dairy, and salon verticals.
2025
Now serving 200+ businesses across 20+ countries. 38 integrated modules. Zero compromises on reliability.
