1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OneScale POS software or visiting onescalepos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Software

OneScale POS is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the software.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not use OneScale for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or as agreed at time of purchase.
Prices are listed in USD. Local currency billing may vary by region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you create within OneScale POS. We do not claim any rights to your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

5. Availability & Updates

Because OneScale is offline-first, your core POS operations are not dependent on our servers. We aim for 99.9% uptime for cloud features. We may release updates, patches, or new versions at any time. Major updates will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

OneScale POS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to loss of business data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the software.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
