Website Analytics: Page views, referral sources, device type via privacy-friendly analytics.

To provide, maintain, and improve the OneScale POS platform.
To process payments and manage your subscription.

We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

4. Offline-First Architecture

OneScale is built offline-first. Your business data — sales, inventory, customers, reports — is stored on your local device by default. Cloud sync is an opt-in feature. You own your data and can export it at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) to handle billing securely.
Infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Railway) for authentication and optional cloud sync.
Legal authorities only when required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days from our servers. Local data on your device must be deleted manually.

Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt out of non-essential communications.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields at rest, and access controls for all internal systems. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep your device secure.
